Delete Your Account

Taylee is provided by URBANHARE.AI LIMITED (company number SC876925). You can delete your Taylee account and the data linked to it at any time. Here is how.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Taylee and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your password and confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and associated data are then permanently removed.

If you have already removed the app

Email privacy@taylee.app from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request is genuine and then complete the deletion.

What we delete

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

• your profile and account details;
• all information about your children;
• your saved activities and plans;
• your chat history with Taylee;
• your preferences and settings;
• all consent records.

What we keep, and for how long

We may retain anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be used to identify you. Where the law requires us to keep certain records, we retain only what is legally necessary and for no longer than required. Deletion requests sent by email are completed within 30 days.

Request a copy of your data

Before deleting, you can ask for a copy of your data by emailing privacy@taylee.app.
